MINUTES
We include a large block of minutes. 1000 nationwide minutes are included. More than enough for most Dealership websites. If your website generates more minutes, additional minute rates are very low
CALL RECORDING
All calls (Sales-Service-Parts) are recorded for quality control
AUTOMATED MANAGER SPOT CHECK TECHNOLOGY
Your recorded calls are sent same day to any e-mail addresses you choose. Sales calls can be sent to your sales manager, while service and parts calls can be forwarded to appropriate managers.
This does not mean managers must listen to every call, but the calls will always be available for spot checking. Managers spot checking just a few calls a week for quality has proven to be an important component in increasing staff accountability and improve performance.
