Everyone says they have great customer service, but you can always tell if a company really does have good customer service is by looking at how long clients stay with them. We have clients that have been with us since day one and have had the same customer service manager working with them every step of the way.
Ask yourself a couple questions.
1. When you call you current provider does someone always answer the phone?
2. Do the changes you request happen quickly?
3. Does someone call you to go over the changes?
4. Do you feel important?
